About her recent triple rookie awards, Miss A’s Suzy said, “I’m not solely happy about it.”
In the episode of KBS 2’s Entertainment News that aired on May 12, Suzy appeared in the segment called Star On Air and appealed with her innocent charm, living up to her nickname “Every man’s first love.”
For the first time in history, the star received three rookie awards; one in 2010 as a singer and two others in 2011 and 2012 in the field of drama and movie. About this unprecedented event, she said, “I’m not solely happy about it because I feel somewhat burdened.”
When a reporter said, “You don’t need a light to radiate your beauty,” and gave her an award for saving electricity given by Entertainment News crew, Suzy inspired laughter by saying, “Thank you for this great award. I’ll try to be thriftier not to embarrass this award.”
