Group Nu’est has been chosen as honorary ambassadors for one of the biggest youth organizations, the Korea Scout Association.
On the afternoon of July 18, Nu’est received medals of commission at Yeouido. They will soon be starting their activities as honorary ambassadors of the Korea Scout Association.
A publicist of the Korea Scout Association revealed, “All the members of Nu’est are still teenagers. We chose them because we thought that the messages of their songs speak for other teenagers and go well with scout activities that support the welfare of youth and other social groups. We have high expectations of them becoming the voice of youth.”
The Korea Scout Association is an international organization and an advisory body for UNICEF, ECSOC, and WHO. This association endeavors to cultivate youths’ morality and democratic citizenship and contributes to public welfare.
