As a controversy over T-ara’s Hwayoung being bullied by the other members spread out, Boram unfollowed her on Twitter adding more heat to the issue.
On July 28, Boram unfollowed Hwayoung on Twitter. It you “unfollow” your friends on Twitter it is basically breaking your virtual relationship with that person on that particular website.
Previously on the same day, Hyomin has changed her default picture. She uploaded a part of a book cover by Mira Kirshenbaum which reads, “Everything happens for a reason.” Toward this ambiguous book title, netizens wondered if she had expressed her own feelings.
On seeing what has happened, netizens reacted: “Why is she doing this? I think there might be something reversing all this.” “I don’t get what’s really happening here, but I think it’s a bad idea if they’re doing this intentionally.” “This shouldn’t be right. What the heck is going on here?” “It’s so dumb.”
On July 25 and 26, T-ara gave a performance in Budokan, Tokyo. Because Hwayoung hurt her leg while practicing, she appeared on stage resting on chair with a cast on her leg and performed. After the concert, however, the other members of the group left some offensive comments on Twitter which implied Hwayoung, and eventually, she was caught up in a controversy over being bullied.
After it spread out, Hwayoung tweeted, “My family and fans are valuable supporters of mine. Please stay with me.” In addition, CEO Kim Kwang Soo of Core Contents Media said that he will make an important announcement on July 30.

What is wrong with what they are saying? When Eunjung broke her leg she NEVER COMPLAINED, she never asked for incentives! It’s called being a trooper being DETERMINED! If you are going to complain, be whiney and act unprofessional and act like a victim, it’s disgusting! Be realistic, if all the girls dont like, there is obviously something going on, the fact that they use to get along with her (ive seen fan cams) it has nothing to do with bully or being jealous, they get along we with ahreum and dani. Take Hwayoung out, the group doesnt need 3 rappers. I prefer Hyomin and Eunjung’s raps anyways. It’s all about the attitude.
