2AM enters Top 10 of the Oricon Charts with their second Japanese single

2AM’s new Japanese single entered the Top 10 of Oricon Weekly Charts.

According to Oricon Charts on April 17, 2AM’s second Japanese single, You Wouldn’t Answer My Calls ranked fifth place on the Weekly Charts with their first week of the album sales(April 9 to 15).

2AM ranged with famous Japanese artists such as Perfume and Morning Musume, proving their popularity.

Immediately after the release, this single even ranked fourth place on Daily Single Chart on April 11, maintaining the pride as K pop ballad singers. This outcome is especially meaningful because 2AM achieved this result with their ballad songs when most of the songs were dance music.

This song is the Japanese version of “You Wouldn’t Answer My Calls” that was released in Korea on October of 2010. The album contains the title song, “Like Crazy” and a remake version of Hirai Ken’s “With My Eyes Closed.”

Previously in January, 2AM released their Japanese single, Never Let You Go and ranked third place on Oricon Daily and Weekly Charts.
