The winner of Super Star K3, Busker Busker has ranked at the top of Billboard’s K-pop chart for two consecutive weeks.
According to the latest chart on April 13, the title track “Cherry Blossom Ending” of the band’s first album which was released on March 29 ranked no.1 on the K-pop Hot 100.
The band was placed no.1 for the first week of April, and it is rejoicing another week at the top. Including the title track, six of their songs are listed in the top ten: “Yeosu Night Sea” (fifth), “First Love” (sixth), “Loneliness Amplifier” (eighth), “Ideal Type” (ninth), and “The Flower” (tenth). This record clearly shows the band’s soaring popularity.
The second ranking of the chart went to Huh Gak, the winner of Super Star K2, with his song “The Person Who Once Loved Me.” Following Huh, “Missing You Like Crazy” by SNSD’s Taeyeon which is a sound tracks for MBC’s The King 2 Hearts is ranked third.
“Love is All the Same” by Yangpa, Davichi, and Hanna is placed in fourth while Big Bang’s “Fantastic Baby” is listed on seventh.
