Girl’s Day’s So Jin told her feelings about writing a song for Girl’s Day’s new album.
On April 18 at 4:00 p.m., Girl’s Day announced their comeback at a showcase that was held at Cheongdam CGV M Cube to celebrate the release of their new minialbum.
At the showcase, So Jin said, “I never thought of writing a song for this album. However, I needed some change. It was kind of a rebellious action against the songs that people usually listen to. I feel so great that I could have an opportunity to have many people listen to my song.”
So Jin also said, “I didn’t realize at first that it was actually a great thing to see my song on online music sites and people can listen to it. I realized that writing a song is really a great thing. I’ll try to tell more of my stories through music.”
So Jin wrote a song titled “Telepathy” for the second minialbum of Girl’s Day, Evryday2. “Telepathy” is a song about a girl who tries to appeal to her ideal man.
“Oh! My God,” the title track of the minialbum, is currently in the upper ranks of the charts. Girl’s Day will hold concerts in Nagoya, Japan, on May 2 and 6.
