miss A released their fifth project EP Independent Women pt.Ⅲ on October 15.
The EP portrays girls who live honest lives and honest feelings and make their own ways confidently. It includes fives songs in total, including the title song “I Don’t Need A Man,” “Ma Style,” “If I Were A Boy,” “Madness,” and “Time’s Up.”
The title song, which is a southern hip-hop, is written by Park Jin Young. The song talks about young girls who work hard and live their own lives confidently.
A music video for the song was also released on the same day. Group members showed off provocative choreography through the video. They look charismatic while performing in chic suits with canes, mustaches, and hats.

A spokesperson for their agency, JYP Entertainment, says, “miss A, who has been stood up for women, sings songs about independent women. Please support their new EP.”
miss A will appear on the October 18 episode of Mnet’s M Countdown and perform the title song for the first time.
