SHINee’s Jonghyun said he’s 173cm tall.

In the episode of MBC Every1′s Weekly Idol – Idol of the Week that will air on May 9, SHINee will make a guest appearance and talk about themselves.

In the episode, the members will first talk about their height. It isn’t usually easy for idol group members to talk about their height. However, Jonghyun says he has a lot to talk about his height.

He says, “Many people think I’m not even 170cm tall, but that’s not true. I’m 173 cm tall!”

Jonghyun also tries to prove that he’s telling the truth by standing next to host Jung Hyung Don, who is actually 173cm tall.

In addition, Jong Hyun also talked about his nicknames, Jongtizen and Surplus Man, created from his comical Tweets. The nicknames were created from his comical drawings uploaded on his Twitter account.

Whether or not Jonghyun’s height is really 173cm tall will be revealed on Weekly Idol, which will air on May 9 at 6 p.m.
