SM Entertainment and group JYJ (Kim Jae Joong, Park Yoo Chun, Kim Jun Su), who are in opposition to each other over their contract, recently failed to come to a conclusion in mediation.
On August 10, a grievance mediation over JYJ’s exclusive contract with SM Entertainment was held behind closed doors at the Seoul Central District Court. However, the two sides couldn’t iron out their differences.
They were unable to reach an agreement at the very end especially for adjusting the group’s activities in Japan.
The court will give a decision from the first trial on September 13 upon a dispute regarding an exclusive contract between SM Entertainment and JYJ.
