Jo Kwon of 2AM and Ga In of Brown Eyed Girls, a former virtual couple of MBC TV’s We Got Married, have done something good, again.
On March 5, Wooyang Foundation reported that Adanes, Jo and Gain’s fan club, donated 300 bags of rice, which weighs 10kg for each, to senior citizens who live alone on March 2.
Adanes is Jo and Ga In’s fan club, which has 3,849 members. This fan club helps needy people every year with the money saved by its members.
The donation was made in the office of Wooyang Foundation, and stickers made by Wooyang were put on the rice bags.
Wooyang Foundation will deliver the rice to about 230 low-income households from March 6. Some members of Adanes will also participate in delivering the rice to have a meaningful time.
Wooyang Foundation says, “This is very meaningful because the interest in celebrities has spread to the needy people around us. We wish more people in our society share their things with others.”
Wooyang Foundation has supported senior citizens who live alone with rice and food since 1999.
