A preview of Arang and the Magistrate is currently attracting a lot of attention.

On July 11, a 25-second-long preview of MBC TV’s new drama series Arang and the Magistrate, which will start airing in August, was released.

The preview is showing Shin Min Ah as Arang, a reckless ghost, and Lee Joon Gi as Eun Oh, a handsome yet picky magistrate. It’s also attracting a lot of attention by giving a hint that there will be a mysterious event.

Showing an action scene of Shin and a scene of Shin and Lee lying together, the preview is increasing many viewers’ expectations on the series. The viewers responded: “Arang and the Magistrate looks so interesting!” “It looks like a movie.” “A lovely couple has been born.”

An additional 40-second-long full version of the preview, which was released online, is also attracting a lot of attention on several online communities.

Arang and the Magistrate is a romantic fantasy drama about Arang, a reckless ghost who wants to know the reason of her death, and Eun Oh, a picky magistrate who has an ability to see ghosts. It’s created based on the legend of Arang. It will start airing on August 15.
