Ga In of the Brown Eyed Girls recently humiliated herself by misunderstanding English.
On the episode of On Style’s Ga In’s Fashion King that aired on May 5, Ga In transformed herself into a CEO of a fashion company.
The CEO roamed around Hong Dae area to recruit employees, and started interviewing applicants.
An applicant who studied abroad walked in for an interview. Ga In asked him to describe her first impression. The guy replied, “Your skin is very good.”
However, Ga In didn’t understand what he said and shot back, “Did you say I’m skinny?’” With this remark, the singer with poor hearing made everyone laugh out loud. Apparently, she misunderstood “Your skin is” as “You’re skinny.”
Netizens responded: “That happens.” “She must have felt intense as she interviews for the first time.” “Skin and skinny seem to be confusing.” “She must have felt embarrassed.”
