Total a hundred Asian celebrities from China, Korea, Japan, Taiwan, Thailand, and Hongkong have been selected as the most popular celebrities in Asia through a telephone survey and an online survey on such major portal sites as Sina.com and Sohu.com and the official website of Hwajung Awards.

At the awards last year, many top Chinese celebrities, such as director Wong Karwai, Aaron Kwok, Zhang Ziyi, Tse Ting fung, and Yen Ji Dan, attended. In this year, Jackie Chan and Tse Ting fung will attend.

Jung will fly to China on July 3 to attend the awards.
