SBS’s survival audition K-pop Star 2 will start holding auditions abroad.
On September 7, the production crew for the show said that they will hold auditions in five cities, including, New York and Los Angeles in the United States, Sydney in Australia, Vancouver in Canada, and London in the United Kingdom, starting on September 8.
The production crew also held auditions abroad for the last season and drew a lot of attention. Since more participants attended the auditions than last time, many people are wondering who will capture the public.
Producer Park Sung Hoon says, “Lots of people crowded in to the auditions and proved that the show is receiving an explosive response. We hope talented stars can be found through the show.”
The show previously held two auditions in Korea. According to the production crew, participants for the auditions have better skills and talents than last season. There were many participants who brought high quality songs that they wrote themselves.
