Actor Kim Soo Hyun will fly to Japan in July to capture the Japanese public.
Kim will promote his TV series Moon Embracing the Sun, which will air on Japanese KNTV. He will meet his fans and local media outlets in Tokyo on July 4 and 5.
Kim drew a lot of attention by showing off his innocent charms and various talents in the TV series Dream High, which aired on Japanese TBS in last July.
A spokesperson for Kim’s Japanese agency says, “He has different charms from other Hallyu stars and I think that is appealing to the Japanese public. His great performance in TV dramas and attractive voice has helped him earn credibility with the people.”
Popular Korean TV series Moon Embracing the Sun, which scored 42.2 percent of the audience rating, will air the 1st and 2nd episodes in July and continue in August on KNTV.
Kim chose his next job and is currently preparing to shoot the movie Covertness. He will start shooting it in the second half of this year.
