In the ninth episode of MBC TV’s drama series Arang and the Magistrate, which aired on September 12, Mr. Choi (played by Kim Yong Gun) makes sarcastic remarks on Eun Oh (played by Lee Joon Gi) after he finds out that Eun Oh was born out of wedlock and his mother was a rebel.
Joo Wal (played by Yeon Woo Jin) comes to Arang’s place, but he finds that Arang is not home. Seeing Joo Wal in front of Arang’s house, Eun Oh says, “Don’t stay here. It’s impolite to be in front of a lady’s house like this.”
However, Arang soon comes back home, and Joo Wal tries to take her out, saying, “I came here to do something that we couldn’t do yesterday. Can you go out now?”
At this, Arang tries to follow him, saying, “I was going to visit your place anyway.” However, Eun Oh takes her to the backyard and says, “Don’t Go. I told you not to bother me. It’s strange that he’s always around you. Don’t Go.” However, Arang follows Joo Wal.
