MBC Every1′s Idol Manager, which will start airing on August 17, is a reality show that does in-depth coverage of idol group members, following them around for a period of 24 hours. It’s an upgraded version of B2ST’s Idol Maid, which aired in 2010.
In the show, three female celebrities will become MBLAQ’s managers and follow MBLAQ members for 24 hours from their place to their work to cover their fancy life on the stage and hidden sadness behind the stage.
MBLAQ’s Mir says, “MBLAQ members have appeared on many variety shows, but this show is very new to us. Because this show covers our personal life for 24 hours, I think both we and viewers can have fun with it. Please look forward to it.”
Joon says, “I feel so honored that the female celebrities will become our temporary managers. I’ll try my utmost to make this show interesting.”
MBC Every1′s producer Lee Hyun Joo says, “This show is a combination of a reality show, a music show, and a fake documentary. We’re expecting the female managers and MBLAQ to do a lot of interesting, funny things on the show.”
MBLAQ’s Idol Manager will start airing on August 17 at 6:00 p.m.
