Daiso, a chain store selling household goods, recently released some unusual sets of handcrafted tableware.
Among the “Eighteen vividly colored floral patterns of hand-painted European ceramic ware,” the pattern using a stained-glass technique particularly stands out.
The prices, ranging from 1,000 to 5,000 won, are considered affordable. On August 8, Daiso held an event to present the eighteen sets of handcrafted tableware.
The variety of colors and patterns gives customers more than enough choices to accommodate their taste, and a beautifully decorated table can be created using this specally designed tableware.
With these eighteen patterns of tableware, Daiso is targeting people who live by themselves, want high quality, and don’t want to spend a lot of money.
Company director Ahn Woong Gul, says, “The eighteen tableware patterns will draw a lot of attention and interest with their exotic colors and designs. We are trying hard, in various ways, to make products appealing and affordable in a time of rising prices.”
