JYJ’s ‘In Heaven’ in Korea and TVXQ’s ‘Tone’ in Japan.

In September JYJ release their album ‘In Heaven’ in Korea and TVXQ release ‘Tone’ in Japan, let’s see what these album did.

DBSK was once a very well known name in K-pop, they were said to be the future of K-pop. But due to the legal problems with SM-E, the group breach and JYJ and TVXQ form. Their friendship turn into professional rivalry.

On September 27th, JYJ, composed of ex DBSK members Jaejoong, Yoochun and Junsu,  release their album ‘In Heaven’ in Korea, album got great response from fans and got first rank on Korea’s Gaon Album Chart, in just four days album sold 136,500 copies. Despite the fact, JYJ could not promote their album on TV music shows because of legal tussle with SM Entertainment, album still was on roll for JYJ. So far, according to C-JeS Entertainment, ‘In Heaven’ has sold out 350,000 copies in month.

However, with one day delay, On September 28th TVXQ, consists of Changmin and Yunho, release their album ‘Tone’ in Japan. According to figures revealed by RIAJ ‘Tone’ sold 250,000 copies in month, getting a Platinum status. In addition, it also got No.1 on Oricon Daily and weekly Chart because of high selling.

Whether it is JYJ or TVXQ sincere fans of DBSK support both the groups and this is evident with their album successes.
