Actor Kim Nam Gil received an advance discharge release notice from military service on July 12.
The release date of Kim Nam Gil from public service personnel service at Gangnam-mu Seoul City Management Service was released in advance today , where the supposed released to be scheduled on July 14, Saturday, which is a non-working day. There are no plans for formal ceremony to welcome his return in the society as an actor.
From the Star News interview, officials from Star J Entertainment said, “Military Service is completed already, and he is currently spending his last day vacation. The discharged was scheduled on July 12, being July 14 as a weekend day-off for the office. There will be no events on July 14″.
Born in 1981, Kim Nam Gil, 31, debuted as an actor in MBC and worked from various dramas, movies like Modern boy, Portrait of Beauty and Public Enemy Returns. In 2009 , he rose to stardom from his character Bidam in MBC drama Queen Seon Deok.
He was enlisted last July 2010 to serve as public service personnel in Gangnam-gu Seoul City Management Corporation after one month boot training in Nonsan camp.
