Musical performance “High School Musical” successfully held its press conference on 21 May, 2013. Coincidently, 21 May was also Korea Adult Day. The Female lead cast, Luna of girl band F(X) attracted humongous attention from her male co-stars such as Lee JaeJin of FTIslandand Kang Dongho who presented her with flowers. The epic moment arises when her label mate, Ryeowook wanted to give her peck; she shyly rejected his good intention.

 

Ryeowook, Lee Jaejin and Kang Dong Ho will share the lead role ofTroy, while Choa of AOA, Luna of f(x) and musical actress Oh So Yeon will share the role of Gabriella.

 

High School Musical will premiere at the Blue Square Samsung Card Hall on July 2 till 1 Sep 2013.

I knew Ryeowook played the piano but I truly didn’t know just how talented he was until today. I don’t know where this clip is from but it is a really gorgeous performance.

 

I’ve always thought Ryeowook was sort of like a beautiful, delicate flower that needs to be protected. However, my opinion changed after this video. He is still beautiful of course, but he is so confident and strong in his skills that he doesn’t seem so fragile- it’s like he is in this lovely, enchanting world of music and it is where he truly belongs. Maybe it is only in the real world that he seems fragile.

 

Just beautiful! Well done, Ryeowook.

The clip is from the program “Super Junior Show” and was filmed a short 2 months after their debut. Even though they were still rookies at the time, they were already performing like professionals with a lot of experience.

Some of my very favorite solos from Super Junior members are on the SS2 Live album. It is a really great album!!!

 

One of my favorites? Heechul’s gorgeous rendition of the song “Spirit.” The song is smooth and sultry, with a Latin infused beat. His voice sounds amazing and the sexy attitude of the song totally suits Heechul.
